1)చిక్కని కాఫీ డికాషన్ను ఐస్ క్యూబ్ స్లో నింపి ఫ్రీజర్ లో ఉంచి ప్రతిరోజు ఉదయం ఈ క్యూబ్ తో ముఖాన్ని రుద్దాలి ఆ తర్వాత మంచినీటితో కడిగితే రోజంతా ముఖం తాజాగా కాంతివంతంగా కనిపిస్తుంది

2)అలాగే గుప్పెడు కీరదోష ముక్కలను మిక్సీలో వేసి గుజ్జుగా చేసుకోవాలి దీనికి రెండు చెంచాల నిమ్మ రసాన్ని కలిపి క్యూబ్స్ లో నింపి ఫ్రీజర్ లో ఉంచితే చాలు ఉదయాన్నే దీంతో ముఖాన్ని రుద్దితే మచ్చలు దూరం అవుతాయి ముఖ చర్మం పొడిబారకుండా ఉంటుంది

3)తులసితో గుప్పెడు తులసి ఆకులను మెత్తగా మెత్తని ముద్దగా చేసి అందులో రెండు చెంచాల కలబంద గుజ్జు కలిపి ఫ్రీజర్ లో ఉంచాలి. దీంతో రాత్రి నిద్రపోయే ముందు ముఖాని రుద్దితే మచ్చలు దూరమవుతాయి. ఎండవల్ల కమిలిన భాగమంతా శరీర ఛాయతో కలిసిపోతుంది ఇందులోనే ఇలాంటి బయోటిక్ గుణాలు మొటిమలు రాకుండా కాపాడతాయి
